Cream cheese chocolate chip muffin

Cooking Steps

Put cream cheese (90g) and butter (30g) in a bowl and leave it at room temperature for an hour to prepare it soft. I kept the cream cheese in the freezer, so I took out the cream cheese first, left it at room temperature for about 2 hours, melted it slightly, and then put the butter in and left it for about an hour.

Mix the softened cream cheese and butter well and cream it. If you leave the frozen cream cheese at room temperature, it mixes well.

If creamy, mix sugar (50g) three to four times.

It's all sugar mixed in. When I see cooking posts, I've always wondered how much concentration and texture it is after mixing them all, so I try to take a lot of pictures like this, but it's not as easy as I want.

When the sugar is completely mixed, divide the eggs (one) into 4-5 times and mix. You have to mix it several times so that the butter and the egg cannot be separated.

I just need to mix chocolate chips into the batter. I put in 60g of chocolate chips. You can add more or less depending on your preference. I personally like the ones with cream cheese with a lot. Sour cream cheese and sweet chocolate chips go well together.

Put 80% of the dough in the muffins with parchment paper. I also used an ice cream scoop this time. And I couldn't take a picture, but they baked 8 to 12 chunk chocolates on top. Then bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

It looks like it's all cooked. Muffins are cooked if the dough doesn't come out by stabbing chopsticks. You should check often to see if the top part is burning. The top of the bread kind burns in an instantaneously. In my case, if I bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, I put it in the oven and sit in front of the oven after about 15 minutes. If the top color comes out properly, I sit down and cover it with foil, and I do the dishes for the rest of the timer time. You don't have to worry that the top will burn if you put the foil in.
