Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut various ingredients into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Pour enough water to boil spaghetti noodles, add 1t of salt, and boil. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti noodles.
STEP 3/5
Put garlic and onions in a pan covered with olive oil, add defrosted shrimp, add 2T of white wine, blow off the scent of alcohol for a while, close the lid and cook the shrimp.
STEP 4/5
When the shrimp is cooked, add the mushrooms and stir-fry slightly, then add the prepared tomato sauce.
STEP 5/5
Add broccoli and boiled pasta noodles and stir-fry them to go well with the sauce.
Don't throw away all the boiled water in the pasta, but leave some aside. If the concentration of the sauce becomes too thick when the boiled pasta is added to the finished sauce, the pasta boiled water should be added to adjust the concentration.
