  • Starch syrup

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Gently beat butter at room temperature and mix with sugar. Add eggs, water and molasses at room temperature and mix. (If you mix the eggs in advance, it will mix better.)
STEP 2/3
Sieve the powder and complete the dough. Remove the dough into walnut-sized pieces and coat the dough with extra sugar.
STEP 3/3
Press lightly on the sugar-stained dough and bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
