Remove the intestines from the octopus, rinse it in light salt water and cut it into 5 centimeters long. Chop the onions into big pieces, cut the carrots in half lengthwise and cut them flat. Cut the green onions and peppers into 2~3 pieces, 5cm long. I didn't have to wash it with flour because there was no green onion in the octopus. If it's red octopus, you can use it by adding a little flour, kneading it, and washing it. It is said that frozen octopus should be trimmed before being frozen. You don't have to use flour. You can defrost it and rinse it in light salt water.
STEP 3/3
Stir-fry it quickly with octopus, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper, and finish with sesame oil.
I think it'll taste better if you reduce the amount and add a little oyster sauce.
