Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Pour hot water to remove food additives from fish cakes. And cut it into the same size as tteokbokki rice cake.
STEP 2/4
Cut tteokbokki rice cake into the same size as fish cake and put it on the skewer.
STEP 3/4
After making the sauce, boil it a little bit. Don't boil too much and turn it off when it boils.
STEP 4/4
Pour an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan (about 4-5 tbsp) and bake on both sides. Then, put it on a sieve and drain the oil. After that, spread the boiled sauce evenly.
