Chop green onions or peppers and chop onions.

It's a way to sit the pepper. Usually, you cut them and soak them in cold water to remove the seeds, but the spicy or delicious taste of peppers melts in the water. Place the peppers on the floor and roll them vigorously with your palm to separate the seeds as shown in the picture. Next time, cut the top of the pepper with plenty of time, then lift the top of the pepper and shake it off vigorously. Then the seeds will fall out.

Grease a preheated pan with a little oil and stir-fry garlic and onions, then add green onions and shrimp.

When the shrimp is cooked, add the sea captain.

Stir-fry the eggs.
STEP 6/6
Add hot rice and mix it well, and that's it. When you stir-fry rice, do not add cold rice, but add hot rice. If you mix it with cold rice, it becomes lumpy and doesn't cut the sauce well.
If you have other ingredients, you can add more. I have grilled bacon, so I chopped it up and put it in. It's good to chew
