Chinese stir-fried squid
Korean-style stir-fried squid with plenty of red pepper paste and red pepper powder is also spicy, but I wanted to make it more different, so I made Chinese stir-fried squid flavored with red pepper oil and oyster sauce instead of red pepper paste and red pepper oil.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak wood ear mushrooms in cold water beforehand.
STEP 2/8
Mix red pepper powder and cooking oil and microwave for 40 seconds to make chili oil.
STEP 3/8
Wash the body of the squid clean, peel it, and cut it into appropriate sizes to make a cut.

Cut the vegetables into appropriate sizes, and shred the green onions.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry chili oil and chopped garlic and chopped green onions in a pan.
STEP 6/8
Add oyster sauce and vegetables and stir-fry.
STEP 7/8
Dissolve the seafood powder in water, pour it into the stir-fried vegetables, and bring to a boil.

Add squid, red pepper, and water starch and simmer until the soup is self-cooked.
