STEP 1/11
You know the laver that you grill, right? (Chopped laver) Prepare 8 laver that you grill and grill 2 sheets each on the front and back slightly over the fire.
STEP 2/11
Tear the roasted seaweed by hand and grind it finely in a blender.
STEP 3/11
Add sugar to grape seed oil and mix. (It doesn't matter if the sugar doesn't melt completely. You can mix it for 2 to 3 minutes.)
STEP 4/11
Add eggs and mix. (You can mix this for 2 to 3 minutes too.)
STEP 5/11
Add sifted rice flour to the dough and mix them gently. (I was hesitating whether to add baking powder or not, but I took it out because I was going to eat it.)
STEP 6/11
Add a little milk to this and adjust the quality. If you don't think you need to put it in, you don't need to put it in.
STEP 7/11
Put the dough in a plastic pack and roll it out with a rolling pin. (Put it in a large plastic pack as shown in the picture above and push it as thin as possible if it comes back with scissors on both sides.). As you can tell from the results..The thinly sliced cookies were even more delicious.
STEP 8/11
Cut the dough out with a cutter. (I don't care if you don't have a cutter.). A long stick shape would be fine, and if you want to make it round like me, you can take it with a small cup lid.)
STEP 9/11
Panning the dough and bake it for 12 minutes at 180.
STEP 10/11
The black cookies are done.
STEP 11/11
I can see the seaweed and sesame seeds here and there. Fresh seaweed cookies. The smell of dried seaweed was full throughout the baking. If you take a bite, it's full of the scent of dried seaweed. Roll it as thin as possible. (If it's too thin, it's hard to pan it, so don't make it as thin as paper.) The thinly rolled dough was more delicious. The smell of seaweed flakes around the house even after grilling it and changing it into a blender. You all like seaweed, right? It's great for protecting your eyesight. Make delicious healthy cookies with laver, which is three times higher than carrots and eight times higher than spinach.
