Slice the vegetables into bite-size pieces. You can add cabbage or bok choy or mushrooms. Mix together the sauce in advance. If you stir-fry it for too long, the squid will get tough, so stir-fry it quickly, add 0.5 tablespoons of sesame oil, starch water, and stir-fry it. Sprinkle sesame seeds, too. You can skip starch water, but adding it will make the taste stronger and prevent it from cooling down quickly. If you add starch water from the beginning, it will become lumpy and messy, so please add it at the end.
