STEP 1/5
First, choose a solid sweet persimmon, wash it clean, peel it, and cut the sweet persimmon evenly into 12 pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 3/5
Add the blended vinegar ingredients and simmer. If possible, it's good to keep the amount of mixed vinegar according to the recipe for a certain taste. When I make pickles, I usually make them with apple vinegar I use regular vinegar instead of double or triple vinegar. And I just used white sugar for sugar. Since it's a pickle, it's good if the color is pretty. Also, make sure to use thick salt, not flower salt, and it's good to add a few whole peppers, and if you don't have it, you don't have to.
STEP 5/5
When the sweet persimmon pickle soaked in blended vinegar cools enough, put it in a suitable container and store it in the refrigerator, and take it out the next day.
It's a paper cup and rice spoon measurement.
