Prepare sliced almonds by frying them in a pan without oil. (You don't need to stir-fry them, but if you do, it becomes more savory.)

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder

Let butter soften at room temperature, then add salt and sugar twice and cream.

Add milk twice and mix well so that it does not separate.

Add the powder to the sieve and mix with a spatula.

When roughly mixed, add the stir-fried almonds and mix.

Mix until you can't see the powder.

Put the dough on top of the parchment

After making it round

Roll it up with parchment paper and leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Take it out and cut it

Bake for about 15 minutes in a 180-degree preheated oven.
