  • red bean paste
  • Night-dise
  • gelatin
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • pine nut
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Drain canned chestnuts through a sieve; soak gelatin in water for about 30 minutes
STEP 2/6
Add a little water over low heat and gelatin to melt slowly.Then, add sugar and melt it well
STEP 3/6
Remove from heat and add red bean paste and blend well enough.Chop up the prepared canned chestnuts.
STEP 4/6
Put it on low heat and boil it.When it starts to boil, stir in the spoon and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Pour the boiled red bean jelly into the mold and put it in a cool place or in the refrigerator
STEP 6/6
Make sure it hardens well and remove the red bean jelly from the mold
