Spaghetti beef burger
I made meatball spaghetti to meet the needs of my two daughters who have different tastes and put it on a plate with an interesting face shape.

Cooking Steps

Add salt, pepper, and cooking oil to the ground beef and mix them together to cut the seasoning.

You can chop the onions into small pieces and stir-fry them in the pan beforehand, but I just chopped them finely.

Add eggs, bread crumbs, and onions and knead thoroughly.

Please split the dough.

Place a plastic wrap in a suitable bowl, take out the meat batter, and press down to make a patty for the burger.

Toss the dough alternately from right hand to left hand to make it round and flat. You have to press down on the middle of the meat so that it doesn't swell up when you grill it.

Grease a heated pan with cooking oil, place the meat on it, grill it back and forth over high heat, and cook it well over low heat until the meat is cooked.

Boil spaghetti with a little salt in boiling water for 10 minutes, sprinkle cooking oil in a heated pan, and stir-fry chopped onions and tomatoes.
