Mash the tofu into small pieces using a knife. (Don't forget to wrap it in cotton cloth and remove the water.) Chop the carrots and green bell peppers, too. (Vegetables can be made with ingredients in each household's refrigerator.)

Place in oven heat-resistant container and decorate top with shredded red pepper. I also covered the foil a little bit. Preheat to 190 degrees but bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. Each household has a different oven specification, so please bake it while adding or subtracting the temperature and time.
